Shipping & Returns

ORDERS

We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, Paypal, Shop Pay, G Pay, Meta Pay, and Venmmo for online purchases. Once you place your order, we'll send you an email confirmation within 24 hours. A shipment confirmation email with tracking details will be sent out when your order is shipped. Please make sure to provide a safe and secure location for package delivery as we are not responsible for any loss or theft. If you'd like to add an extra layer of security, we're happy to include a signature requirement for your shipment. Just drop us an email at hello@pietsie.com after placing your order, and we'll make sure to accommodate you. We aim to ship orders within 3 business days, but during sales, please allow up to 7 business days for your order to be dispatched.

RETURNS

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If, for any reason, you'd like to return your full-price purchase, please email us at hello@pietsie.com, and we'll process a store credit for you. Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please let us know within 3 days of receiving your shipment.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

We accept returns on international orders for store credit only. If you'd like to return your full-price purchase, please contact us at hello@pietsie.com. Please note that the customer is responsible for paying return shipping and any customs fees that may apply. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please let us know within 3 days of receiving your shipment. We highly recommend adding tracking to your shipment, as we are not responsible for any undelivered or lost packages.

SALE AND DISCOUNT CODE PURCHASES

At Pietsie, we occasionally offer discounts and sales on our products. Please note that all sales are final on sale items and purchases using a discount code. We do not offer exchanges or credits on any discounted purchases unless you receive a damaged or incorrect item. If this happens, please contact us at hello@pietsie.com within 3 days of receiving your package, and we'll make sure to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase, and we appreciate your understanding that sales and discounted items are not eligible for returns or exchanges except in the case of a defect or damage.

SHIPPING

We want to ensure that your order reaches you in a timely and secure manner. We offer various shipping options, including UPS, USPS, and DHL Express, which are calculated at checkout. Please note that our express checkout option defaults to UPS for all shipments, so if you prefer to use another carrier, please proceed with the regular checkout option. Domestic orders usually take 1-7 business days to arrive, depending on your location, while international packages may take up to 3 weeks due to customs clearance procedures. If you require express shipping or want to expedite your order, please contact us at hello@pietsie.com, and we'll be happy to assist you in finding the best shipping option for your needs. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by customs clearance procedures or any other unforeseeable circumstances that may arise during transit. We'll provide you with a tracking number once your order is dispatched so that you can track your package's progress. TAXES AND DUTIES

Please note that prices at checkout exclude customs taxes and duties specific to the international customer's government. You may be charged taxes and duties by your local customs agency once the package enters your country of delivery, and these fees are the responsibility of the customer. Unfortunately, we cannot estimate how much you will be charged in taxes and duties, but your local customs agency should be able to estimate the fees ahead of time if you inquire. We recommend that you contact your local customs agency for more information about taxes and duties before placing your order to avoid any surprises. If you refuse to pay the taxes and duties, your package may be returned to us, and we'll be unable to issue a refund for the shipping charges.
