Shipping & Returns

ORDERS

We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, Paypal, Shop Pay, G Pay, & Meta Pay. Once you place your order, we'll send you an email confirmation within 24 hours. A shipment confirmation email with tracking details will be sent out when your order is shipped. Please make sure to provide a safe and secure location for package delivery as we are not responsible for any loss or theft. If you'd like to add an extra layer of security, select a signature requirement for your shipment at checkout. We aim to ship orders within 3 business days, but during sales, please allow up to 7 business days for your order to be dispatched.

RETURNS

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If, for any reason, you'd like to return your full-priced purchase, please email us at hello@pietsie.comYou have up to 30 days from the purchase date to return your full-priced item(s) for a refund. We do not accept returns on discounted items, including orders purchased with a discount code. All items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged and have their original tag attached. All items must be returned with the original packing slip so we can identify the order. 

Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please let us know within 3 days of receiving your shipment.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

If you'd like to return your full-priced purchase, please contact us at hello@pietsie.com. Please note that the customer is responsible for paying return shipping and any customs fees that may apply. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please let us know within 3 days of receiving your shipment. Please add tracking to your shipment, as we are not responsible for any undelivered or lost packages.

SHIPPING

We want to ensure that your order reaches you in a timely and secure manner. We offer various shipping options, including UPS, Fedex, USPS, DHL, and express/overnight options, which are calculated at checkout. Domestic orders usually take 1-7 business days to arrive, depending on your location, while international packages may take up to 3 weeks due to customs clearance procedures. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by customs clearance procedures or any other unforeseeable circumstances that may arise during transit. We'll provide you with a tracking number once your order is dispatched so that you can track your package's progress. In case of any issues with your package, please contact us at hello@pietsie.com, and we'll do our best to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.

TAXES AND DUTIES

Please note that prices at checkout exclude customs taxes and duties specific to the international customer's government. You may be charged taxes and duties by your local customs agency once the package enters your country of delivery, and these fees are the responsibility of the customer. Unfortunately, we cannot estimate how much you will be charged in taxes and duties, but your local customs agency should be able to estimate the fees ahead of time if you inquire.
